This school has a positive environment and we really enjoyed spending our time with them before our child got to middle school. Their middle school culture cultivated by the teachers is a disaster though. It's really sad that most of the elementary teachers in this school have already left. Thankfully, Phifer, Neis, Rivera, and Wolgamot stayed. I feel like the school needs a stronger and more experienced principal than the current one. They also need heavier oversight from the parishes.
They have a rigid and inflexible environment. There is no GT or advanced curriculum. All students are taught at the same level, implying that teachers are instructing students in the middle. The public schools in the area are best for advanced students and students who need extra assistance. There is still no social/emotional education, which has resulted in a bullying and cruelty-filled atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend this school at all.
