Shepherd Of The Woods Lutheran School is great. We love the small class sizes, as well as the blended and mastery learning approach. Also, this school encourages character building and effective communication with parents.

Shepherd of the Woods has helped us transition smoothly from our homeschooling. I appreciate the open lines of communication between staff and parents, the ability to participate throughout the year, the small classes, and the faith-based approach to developing future community leaders. 10/10 would recommend!

Shepherd Of The Woods Lutheran School is unique. The school is like a big family, where all are welcome. It focuses on helping students reach their maximum potential and understanding how to use their God-given gifts to help others. The school's use of a blended learning model with alternating stations, allows students to work with teachers and each other in small groups, as well as to work at their own pace on computer programs. The teachers dedicate themselves to students and regularly communicate with parents about what is happening to their children. Also, the students know they are being cared for and will tell you themselves that they feel safe. In addition, the Christian atmosphere helps students learn to care for one another.
