The Cornerstone Christian School literally changed my son's life. The teachers and staff are warm and friendly, yet, relentlessly strict when it comes to bad behavior. They not only challenge each student academically, but they also emphasize strong character and kindness. In here, it feels more like at home, than a school. It's a wonderful school and we love it here.
We're very blessed we found Cornerstone Christian School. It warms my heart every day when my child came home very excited, about the way her teacher rewarded or motivated them. Although it's smaller in size than most, this school works very hard to make children feel special. The small size was actually very positive because my child is not neglected as they could be in a typical large Christian school. Because of the small size, children have more opportunities to meet all the teachers. It's a great feeling as a parent to know that your child is known, seen, and loved, more than one of many as is most of the experience in a large school. They really care and give us parents a voice. Now, I can say that my child is flourishing. Their teachers work very hard to cater to every student and reward them for their efforts. Her approaches were wonderful, positive, and motivating as well. Definitely, this school was the answer to all my prayers. The holiday programs have a wonderful small-town feeling. They were touching, meaningful and intimate. Also, the children were given the opportunity to participate in interesting and fun field trips. In addition, the school offers weekly classes in Spanish, sign language, and music. The children can also enjoy learning fun activities such as gardening, monthly library trips, etc.
